To ensure everyone's safety, we require a valid driver's license or non-driver identification card that can be scanned. The ID must be issued by the commissioner of motor vehicles, federal government, any United States territory, commonwealth or possession, the District of Columbia, a state government within the United States or a provincial government of the dominion of Canada. Alternatively, a valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country can be used.

For our international guests, we ONLY ACCEPT valid passports for entry. We do not accept any other foreign IDs, including photocopies, photographs, or expired IDs. If necessary, we may request a second form of ID.

To attend our 16+ events, all patrons must prove they are at least 16 years old. Acceptable forms of ID for those between 16 and 21 include a physical school ID with a photo and birth date, a physical learner's permit, or school documentation showing age. If a patron has a school ID, they must also provide a photo of their passport or birth certificate as additional proof.

Please note that we do not make any exceptions for minors under 16, even if they are accompanied by a guardian or supervised. This is to ensure compliance with age requirements and safety regulations, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

We’re usually open most days for events, and close around midnight Monday through Thursday, 4am Fridays and Saturdays, and 11pm on Sundays. However, our hours are not always regular, and are subject to change on a per-event basis. Always make sure to check our calendar or social media to ensure we’re open for an event before planning your visit!

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to sort through and catalogue items from the weekend. If you need help sooner, please stop by in person anytime we’re open and ask for our manager on duty, who will be glad to help you out.

DJs start spinning when doors open, and live music usually begins about 30 minutes after doors open - however, set times are always subject to change without notice. If you’re really amped about an opening artist, we strongly suggest arriving immediately when doors open to make sure you catch them.

For the safety and security of our guests and staff, please expect to have bag items inspected upon arrival at Elsewhere. When we are expecting particularly large crowds - such as sold out concerts and large club nights - we often implement a mandatory bag check for the safety of all patrons. No outside beverages of any kind are permitted, but empty reusable water bottles are welcome as we have water refill stations available.

All events at Elsewhere are rain or shine. During inclement weather, we first attempt to relocate rooftop events to our indoors spaces. If we’re unable to move indoors or weather conditions are deemed unsafe, a cancellation call will be made day-of and announced to the public on our social media accounts.

In the event of a cancellation due to weather, refunds are issued to all ticket-holders automatically - please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process.

Elsewhere is located in Bushwick, Brooklyn at 599 Johnson Ave. The nearest subway stations are along the L train: a 5 minute walk from the Jefferson St. L stop and 10 minute walk from the Morgan Ave. L stop.

Street parking is generally available on streets within a few blocks of the venue, but we encourage public transportation and ride-sharing. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.

We love babies, human and otherwise, really we do! - but Elsewhere isn’t a recommended environment. Due to the presence of loud music, large dynamic crowds, strobing light displays, and alcohol, we kindly ask that precious babies of all species sit this one out.

No, at this time, proof of COVID-19 vaccination IS NO LONGER REQUIRED for entry to Elsewhere events, unless specifically noted on the event details ticketing page at the point of purchase. Before planning your visit, please make sure to review your individual event description.

At this time, following CDC and New York State guidance, masks are not mandatory to be worn while attending events at Elsewhere - however, we strongly encourage mask wearing at our events to continue to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

Tickets for all Elsewhere events can be purchased through our online ticket partner DICE. We strongly recommend downloading the DICE app and setting up an account for a quicker and more seamless purchasing experience. Follow us on the app, and join our newsletter to stay notified about upcoming events.

All ticket sales are final, and event details - such as lineup, start time, set times, and stage - are subject to change without notice, due to circumstances outside our control.

But sometimes the show can’t go on. In the event of a postponement, ticket-holders will be given the option to either (a) keep their ticket to be honored at the rescheduled date, or (b) to claim a full refund. Please keep an eye out for an email from us if your event has been postponed.

In the event of a full cancellation, refunds will be processed automatically - please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process.

Finally, we aware that the COVID pandemic has created some complex refund scenarios. If you feel that your refund inquiry requires special attention, please reach out to us directly at info@elsewhere.club, and we will do our best to help.

It depends! Our events have age restrictions from 16+ to 21+. Please check the show page or ticket link to verify the age requirement for the event you're interested in. All shows require a government-issued photo ID or passport to enter. Our lovely security guards are present at all shows to check IDs and ensure your safety!

Yes! Our ticketing partner DICE operates a safe and secure ticket exchange marketplace on their app called Waitlist. Subscribe to DICE’s Waitlist functionality to be notified if/when other users are looking to offload their tickets for sold out events.

No, all exits are final when leaving Elsewhere. But we've got a lot to offer inside: a hideaway bar upstairs with seating if you need a break from the action, multiple performance rooms to explore, and more!

In most cases, no. Our events are operated and ticketed separately, and entry to each will require its own ticket. However, sometimes our parties do take place throughout the whole building, and a single ticket will grant you access to all rooms.

The best way to make sure you’re getting access to the event you’re looking for is to make sure that the artists you want to see are listed on the ticket link and on the event artwork. If not, you may want to double check our calendar for the other events happening that night.

Yes! All tickets sold at the door day of once the event has begun will not have any ticketing fees.

The only way to get fee-free advance tickets is via membership. At $40/month, you get unlimited free ticket reservations with Patron Saint, and at $10/month you get 50% off the cheapest ticket tier with Sonic Explorer (reservations available 7 days ahead of the shows). At this time, we do not offer a daytime box office for no-fee tickets in advance.

Nope! You just need to come with your ticket, either printed, as a PDF. on your phone or within the DICE ticketing app.

Yes! To the best of our ability, we have built Elsewhere with accessibility as a priority, and our staff has been trained to help.

When you arrive at the venue, please alert security at the entrance who will make sure you are taken care of by one of our managers. We recommend arriving when doors open for quickest accommodation (door times are listed on each event page), but we will happily accommodate requests at the venue at any time.

Elsewhere is fully wheelchair accessible (including the rooftop), but some areas require staff escort for elevator access. Reserved seating or viewing areas can be pre-arranged as well. Please email care@elsewhere.club to give us a heads up, or ask security or a manager for assistance when at the venue.

Please also note that the sound system can be loud and that strobe lights, fog, and haze are frequently used at both concerts and parties.

Yes: strobe lights, fog, haze, and loud music are common at both our concerts and parties - and their use is sometimes out of our control. If you have any serious medical light or allergy sensitivities to theatrical effects such as strobing lights or particle FX, please be aware that they may be in use as part of the production when planning your visit.

The safety of our audiences is our top priority. If you or anyone in your party are feeling unwell for any reason whatsoever, our staff is trained to help. Please alert the nearest staff member, who will provide a trained manager’s assistance immediately.

On weekend nights, we typically have professionally trained EMT staff on-site who will attend to anyone feeling unwell for any reason.

Yes, you're allowed to take photos / grams / snaps / tiktoks / stories / tweets / etc. from your phone for personal memorybanking, social media glory, and general enjoyment. However, please note that professional camera equipment such as SLR cameras, lenses, or lighting gear are prohibited and will not be allowed into the venue without special advance permission.

We also kindly ask that you be mindful while taking photo and video of any kind: please respect the artist’s performance, and the audience around you.

Definitely! The quickest way to get that photo of yourself from our socials is to just slide into our DMs - we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
