Elsewhere will be switching ticketing partners. We are now in the process of integrating with our new ticketing partner, Eventbrite, to automate your benefits. For the time being, we will be having some temporary changes in service. Track maintenance if you will.

This will temporarily change the way that reservations are made, however it will not hinder your ability to make reservations - in fact we will be giving you a few extra reservations during this maintenance period. **Any reservations you currently hold will be honored and valid. **

Sonic Explorers

The current reservation system will remain open through February 2nd, 11:59pm, with maintenance scheduled through March. Any reservations for events that take place between February 3rd - February 10th will remain valid and honored. Please make sure your reservations for these dates are made before February 2nd, 11:59pm, as this current reservation system will be under construction.

Starting February 10th, we will be offering a temporary system on Eventbrite for Sonic Explorers.

Patron Saints

The current reservation system will remain open through February 2nd, 11:59pm, with maintenance scheduled through March. Starting February 3rd we will be operating a temporary reservation system out of Eventbrite. Therefore, if there are any events you want to attend during the scheduled maintenance in February and March, we highly recommend using up all of your reservations before Feb 2, 11:59pm.

How to make a Reservation in Eventbrite

In order to create reservations in Eventbrite you will need to use the email address you signed up for your membership with. This will be your promo code. This code can be used 10 times during the maintenance period to make reservations. Your current reservations will still be honored and valid!

We do ask you to please only make reservations for events you intend to attend as we will no longer have the ability to drop reservations.

Go to the Event Page
• Visit the link for the event you’re interested in.
• Click the “Get Tickets” button.

Enter Your Promo Code
• In the promo code section, enter the email address you used to sign up for your membership. This email serves as your access code for making reservations.

Make Your Reservation(s)
• Scroll down to the “Add-ons” section.
• Select the number of reservations you wish to make (maximum of 2 reservations).
• Only select the number of tickets you intend to use.

Fill Out Your Contact Information
• Complete all required contact information fields and submit to register.

On the Day of the Event
• Present your digital membership card at the door. The team will scan both your membership card and your reservation ticket received via email.
→ Sonic Explorers: Pay for your 50% off ticket(s) at the door.
→ Patron Saints: Get your free access and pay for your 50% off +1 ticket (if applicable).
